Shipment

Delivery times
  • Within Germany: 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
  • Within the EU: 3-7 working days after conclusion of contract (after receipt of payment in case of prepayment)
  • Within Europe (not EU): 1-3 weeks
  • Outside Europe: delivery time on request

Note: Orders placed by 10 a.m. are usually dispatched on the same day. Shipping only takes place on working days (Monday to Friday), on Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery by the shipping service provider.

Within Germany:

  • Shipping costs: 6,90€
  • Free shipping from an order value of 50,00€
Within the EU:
  • Shipping costs: 10,00€
  • Free shipping from an order value of €50.00
Shipping to Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Vatican City:
  • Shipping costs: 30,00€
  • Free shipping from an order value of 150,00€.
Note on shipping outside the EU:

Please find out in advance about customs duties and import sales taxes for international deliveries to avoid any nasty surprises. We are here to help you with any questions!

Within EU: DHL, GLS or DPD

Outside the EU: Local transport companies possible: Please note that for some products outside the EU, the shipment may be forwarded to local transport companies. Details can be found in the shipment tracking.

Shipping by: Delivery will be made either by Elektrohub GmbH or Fulfillment Plus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) , depending on the type of product and stock level. You can also find information on the sending unit in the shipment tracking.

Shipping modalities:

Joint shipping with different delivery times, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

Multiple packages and additional costs:

Larger orders may result in multiple parcels, especially for deliveries outside the EU, which can lead to double customs clearance and additional costs.

Shipping costs for large items:

For particularly large items, higher shipping costs may apply in individual cases, especially when shipping abroad. These are displayed during the ordering process.

Right of return:

After receiving the goods, we grant you a 30-day right of return free of charge. You can find all the details about returns under "Cancellation policy".
